APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons and the Royal Decree-Law 5/2018, of July 27, of urgent measures for the adaptation of Spanish law to the regulations of the European Union regarding the protection of Personal Data (LOPD)

In accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, ENCIS is also authorized to proceed to modify or alter such observations, opinions or comments, in order to adapt them to the editorial format needs of the Web pages, without this being understood that there is absolutely any type of injury to any of the moral powers of copyright that Users may have over them.

Any of the technical, logical or technological resources by virtue of which a third party can benefit, directly or indirectly, with or without profit, from each and every one of the contents, forms, indexes and other formal expressions that are part of the Web pages, or the effort carried out by ENCIS for their operation.

Specifically, any link, hyperlink, framing or similar link that may be established in the direction of the ENCIS web pages without the prior, express and written consent of ENCIS is prohibited.
